Swap Tables

Swap Tables at the Meets are free with a previous reservation and a donation to the door prizes. At the door requests for tables will cost $10.00 and a donation to the door prizes. Contact our Vice-President via e-mail for more information.

Persons requesting swap tables are encouraged to bring their own table if at all possible. We unfortunately cannot guarantee that an actual table may be available at the Meet itself, as we do not control the resources at all Meet locations. This is rarely a problem, but by bringing your own table, you'll be assured of a having a place to display your items.

Below is a listing of NJ Division Meets as well as other special events relevant to our members. Our Division Meets are usually held on Saturdays and feature clinics, items for sale, home layout tours and more. It's a great chance to meet and talk with others who share your passion for trains. Some of the events below may have passed by, but we keep them listed here to let you know what kinds of things we do.

Everyone is welcome to attend the Division Meets. If you are not an NMRA member, no problem! Come out and see what we're all about. We're confident that you'll enjoy your day!

Timonium

Below are the dates of upcoming Timonium Train Shows, which feature tons of items for sale and operating layouts. The show is in Timonium Maryland and is about 1.5 hour drive from NJ Division territory.

Future Division Meets

We will add dates and locations for future Division Meets as the information is finalized. Check back here regularly for more info as the Board works out the details of the upcoming schedule.

Garden Layout Tours

The Garden Layout Tours occur each June on the first Saturday of the month (rain date being the first Sunday). Specific information can be found on the  Garden Layouts Website. The layouts are also open other times of the year,so it is worthwhile checking this site throughout the year.

November Layout Tours

Each November, during Model Railroading Month, many layout owners in MD, PA, DE and NJ open their layouts for the general public. You can look up the information online by going to the Model Railroad Open House Web Site.

Regional Conventions

The MER and NER hold regional conventions and many NJ Division members like to participate in these events when they are nearby (or sometimes when they are not!).
